dd drinks water from a tommee tippee free flow beaker which she can open/shut herself and drinks cows milk from an open cup throiugh a straw while i hold the cup.
i want to find a cup/beaker type that she can drink cows milk from while lying down/relaxing herself as she is bf too much at the moment and not eating enough food so i want her to drink more cows milk away from me so she doesnt immediately think bf.
any suggestions? she has never had a bottle so i dont want to introduce one now

Not sure on that one sorry family. How often is she feeding and are you offering feeds after solids and not before?

5 times a day and once at night (which is killing me). she eats solids and drinks 2 cups of water and 2 drinks of cows milk aswell.

Ok, so what does your day look like? What time does she get up and what does she have when she does?

There are loads of non spill cups with both soft and hard teats, some even have built in straws. Tommee tippee do loads and you can pretty much ignore the age guidelines. I got so sick of puddles of milk everywhere with DC1 that I started using them. I don't think it makes an ounce of difference if you are only using them a couple of times a day for milk and your LO is already proficient at cup drinking!

thanks mrs, thats what i was thinking, as long as she continues with cups mostly, surely a non spill beaker/sports bottle type wou;d be ok for cows milk when tired.
