Just gave this a go: www.biologicalnurturing.com/pages/recipe.html and for once feeding off my right breast which has been a bit of a bugbear was just as comfortable as on my left! Hooray! Grin

Good for you :) I think the skin to skin is so important. How old is your dc?

I fed my 14mo in the bath recently, it was lovely - warm and snuggly. He nearly fell asleep.

She's 5 weeks old with strong arms so sometimes she does the arm cycling thing and it gets in the way of getting her latched on. With this, her arms don't get in the way!

Ds used to do that too - especially fun if you're trying to feed in public!

I do this too and have done since birth - my daughter is 19weeks now. She sits straddling my thigh and body pressed against mine, she wraps her arms around me like a hug and I tuck one arm around her outer side and rest it on her bottom. It's very relaxed and easy to do in public etc, she also has a very strong neck early on because of this. I love it and would definately recommend!

Awww. Yes, she does a mini-hug at the moment. :)

I do exactly the same as Las3097, it's so easy and comfy. Baby does have a very strong neck, I never connected the two before though!
