EAT study - anyone else taking part?

We were sent a leaflet a few weeks after DS was born inviting us to join in the EAT study that's being led by St Thomas and Guys hospitals.

After reading all the info on their website it seemed like a good thing to do - if our LO has any food allergies they're likely to be picked up earlier and the research into this area could help future generations of babies.

Just wondered if anyone else was taking part?

I am my ds2 is 22 weeks on Monday and he is having yoghurt, egg and peanut butter. Took a while to get going as he wasn't very fussed about eating anything at all to begin with! It's pretty easy once you get your head around it and they were lovely at the initial session. There were a lot of people who thought it was unethical on here when I first looked into to. I'm happy to answer any questions though.

Thanks Cinnamon - one of the other threads referred to above had loads of negative comments about the whole study, but I can't see that its anything but a good thing.

Will let you know how we get on after the first appointment and what group we get put into.
