Hi there! Anyone thinking about tackling a NY fitness DVD? There are SOOO many!! Any worth trying? Or even watching for entertainment value?!

singlemarriedmum The most effective workout I've found ever is an old eighties classic - Jane Fonda's New Workout Video. I found a VHS copy recently and it still ticks all the boxes! Smile

I agree with the Treadmill comment stitchthis especially as some days the treadmill is just perfect. :)

As my blog is craft-related, I only blog when I've got something creative to show off, and as I'm currently working on a monster quilt which may well be the death of me I've decided to add a page of my favourite photographs to keep my newly-acquired blogging addiction well fed!
