I'm a bit slow in announcing this (not been on line very much), but my little boy arrived safely on 30th September.

I ended up having a c-section again, but they have changed procedures in my local hospital, so my baby stayed with me while they were sewing me up with a MW holding him by my shoulder, and then it was straight back to the ward so I could hold him and he could nurse as soon as he was ready, while the MW did the recovery obs. All in all, in was a much more pleasant experience than my previous section, after which I didn't get to hold my baby for over an hour.
