All are quite nice,I like Alexander and Alice the most. Then Jamie and Beth. Less keen on Angus and Georgia

Alexander is great, though I don't like the shortened form.

Angus is great. I really love it. Use that one please.

I'm not a fan of Jamie.

Georgia is nice. Beth and Alice are ok.

They are all lovely names!

Thanks for your opinions.
Angus is really growing on me but DH not so keen and not sure if he'll budge on that one.
Wish he was an AC/DC fan!

Another quick question. Have a really short surname and just wondering if Beth is too short to go with it IYSWIM?

They're all fine names. Particularly like Alice.

Strike Jamie and Georgia off and you've got a pretty good list there!

I'm an AC/DC fan so I say name him Angus. Ignore your dh.

Georgia is my favourite, prefer Bess to Beth, Alice is nice, the boys' names are ok but I don't love them

all fine but I would favour Jamie less as I know one and he's a wee sod

Funny you say that Dizzy. All the Jamie's I've ever known have been quite cheeky types. Maybe I'd have my work cut out with that one.

Might just do that Thunderduck! Although would I have AC/DC tunes in my head on when he gets his first school uniform??

Bess is nice too migola but wouldn't work with my surname.

Think the main problem I'm having is that loads of my favourite names have been given to children of close friends and family.

Alice, Alexander and Angus are my faves tonight but as I'm very fickle, that'll probably change by the morning.

Thanks for all your thoughts.

When I have kids I'm sending them to private school so my son will not only be called Angus, but he'll also look like a mini Angus, that's my only reason.

Alice and Beth both lovely but I like Alice best. Don't like Georgia.

Not fond of the boys' names but Alex is best of the three.

Can't think beyond the deranged cat in the Georgia Nicholson books when I hear Angus.

Alexander and Alice.
If you want Jamie I would go for James and then he can choose. I know a DC who was known as Jamie from birth (never anything else)once he got to 8yrs he insisted on James and wouldn't answer to Jamie. I would have Elizabeth as the full name and shorten to Beth.
I always think cattle with 'Aberdeen Angus'.

Thanks a lot for your replies. Think I'm set on Alexander or Alice, but with another 7 months to go (all being well) and mad hormones to kick in, I may well be back with a completely different list!
