I think we are almost set on this for a girl now (for now anyway!).
Is it too old lady chic, will it date with the Mabel , Maisy, Florence crew. Or is it a nice classic, underused name? It does not seem terribly fashionable at the moment, but I might be wrong!

Will be something along along the lines of
Enid Primrose Denise.

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Don't.

weegiemum · 04/09/2010 08:39

It's going to say "2010" I suspect. All the old lady names do!

rubyslippers · 04/09/2010 08:39

Enid is awful IMO

What about Pearl for an old lady name?

Or even Esme?

PuppyMonkey · 04/09/2010 08:43

Why "even" esme?

tummytickler · 04/09/2010 08:45

you see, I don't think of it as a real old lady name really.
ruby - I have a 5 year old Pearl already, and Esme is not my cup of tea at all.

I quite like it - maybe not with those middle names. It doesn't really have any obvious nicknames though

DoNotFeedMeBiscuits · 04/09/2010 10:14

it reminds me of the worst witch. Not in a bad way though. I loved the worst witch books. I think giving her a more frilly MN like Primrose is a good idea, as if she doesn't like it she can go by that!

SirBoobAlot · 04/09/2010 12:21

Don't like the middle names, but Enid is nice.
