Making Slime? Can I use PVA Glue or does it have to be Elmer's Glue?

Anybody got a good recipe?

I have ordered some Borax but recipes always use Elmer's School Glue, can I use PVA instead?

I think Elmers is just a brand name isn't it?

I've used PVA and it's worked fine.

You can buy Elmers on Amazon though.

Thanks, I'll use PVA then.

yes Elmer's is a brand name of "white" glue which is what they call PVA here.

Definitely - just get a bulk bottle of PVA from Screwfix or wherever. Works fine.
