Angel Bears - Who's with me??

In Take a Break this week (yes, I occasionally read TaB - my secret shame!) there is a story about a charity that sends knitted teddies to deprived and traumatised children all over the world.

The pattern is here angelbear.co.uk

and the details of where to send them are here takeabreak.co.uk

There are two versions of the pattern, one is done all in one piece (which is great if, like me, you hate sewing). They are very cute & a good way to use up your stash! smile

Anyone fancy knitting a few teds for a good cause?

I'll leave a copy strategically placed on my Mum's coffee table. She's a Knitting Whizz smile

Had a quick look - your first link doesn't work . It should be

angelbear.org.uk

Thanks PurpleFrog, the perils of posting with a toddler hanging off one's leg!

I make these smile.

They're so quick and easy to make and use up all my stash - such a genius idea!

Hi StitchingMoss, I was wondering if you could help me I am looking for the crocheting pattern for the Angel Bears, the website angelbear.org.uk is no longer operational and I would like to make some. I have hunted high and low for the pattern and this is the closest I have come to finding it. I would be really appreciative.
