I am 42 and cannot decide if we should try for another baby. I read somewhere on MN that you need to decide if your fear is greater than hope. I would love to read more about the psychology of this. I am very scared of chromosomal abnormalities. Very scared!! This fear is compounded because terminations for medical reasons are illegal in Ireland. I would however really love another child.

Can anyone point me in the right direction to read more about making a decision based on evaluating whether hope is greater than fear?
