Tip of the day

Never ask a child IF they need the loo... moodlum

Quote of the week

CaptainNancy's (admirably succinct) family rules: "Don't be a dingbat/duffer. Keep calm and carry on. Dream big. Shut up and get on with it."

Recipe of the week

Carmenere's cinder toffee: sweet, sticky, made-in-five-minutes toffee squares that'll spark off a few 'yums' among the 'oohs' and 'aahs' of your little fireworks-watchers.

although my dp doesn't do the foot tapping he does the groin rearrangement/ itchy bollocks thing. and once he's finished he just sits staring at the telly with a stupid look on his face and his hand down his pants. maybe i should use superglue instead?

I'd say the nail gun would do for the hand to stop the scratching - seeing you've got it out and all whist he's distracted my his foot being nailed to the floor get his hand

Dh does this, too. His other annoying habit is scratching his nether regions. Drives me stark raving bonkers. angry

So, nail gun for the foot, but what about the scratch scratch scratching?

Tell him that you read an article about foot tapping causing the penis to shrink due to the foot diverting blood away from it.

Butterball it annoys you because it is annoying and stirs the emotion than make you want to kill and the reason for that is because there is no reason for him doing it (he's watching an highly uninteresting GAA match yawns)

DidEinsteinsMum - you cheeky devil you shock
My DH does this, drives me nuts.

He also has a nail gun

<<mwahahahah>>

He's a closet drummer isn't he?
My DH does this. And then his slipper falls off with a thump.

I have no idea why it annoys me so much but it makes me want to bury him under the patio. grin

Is he nervous?

Watching Riverdance?

Does he have a baby on his knee?

Got new trainers?

Why's he doing it?
