Overheard convo in sauna of woman saying she swears by using urine as a topical for her face. She is going to start drinking it when her diet is better she also added. Looked it up and apparently this is actually a thing?! She had women eating out of her hand- loads of women who said they were going to try it. Have to say, she looked amazing. Apparently had 3 kids but face was flawless and deifnitely looked young Has anyone tried this? I am tempted as atm my skin isnt the best. Sick of spending money on facials etc..she did say the best part about it was its free! And alot of skincare companies dont want anyone to know this in fear pf going bust.
