To not want the blasted nappies any more anyway?

Bought some reusable nappies from ebay 3 weeks ago. Sent by parcel2go. Marked as dispatched 11/9/13.

They're still not here! I've given the company directions. The seller (who has been great) has given them my contact number. Which they've just re-requested Hmm

What do i do now? I found some the same in a charity shop so don't actually need the nappies although was planning to honour the sale, obviously.

AIBU to just want my money back?!

YANBU to want your money back, and although it does sound like the seller has done everything they can, it must be incredibly frustrating for you to be left in limbo like this. Maybe worth contacting the seller, explaining the situation and see if they have any suggestions and they might even offer to refund you. That way they can take it up with the courier and leave you out of it!

YANBU to want your money back. The couriers sound utter shit.

Are they new reusables or used? Because used nappies aren't allowed on eBay. This might be to your advantage if you do want to cancel the sale.

Used, which i have no problem with. I normally buy on fb so would've encountered this problem there. Hmm, i emailed last week to say I'd claim item not received if i didn't hear and she's been really good. But ffs, 3 weeks!!

Yes, three weeks is a joke.

Honestly, I'd cancel the sale. Just say it's been far too long. The contract is between the seller and the courier - she can get all her money back from them, possibly including her eBay seller fees if she's bolshy enough.

And yes, used nappies are not allowed as eBay sales. It's stupid, but it falls under their "used underwear" rule and if they spot the listing it's deleted.

Glad ianbu :o

Now please could someone describe in words of less than one syllable how to get a refund? Do i email something like

Dear X, i appreciate you've tried really hard with this but I'd like a refund please. Regards, Pidj

Or is there a Procedure? Thanks

Kind regards

She's as pissed off as me, going to claim on Friday and hope she can get her money back from ebay. Or at least get the blinking nappies off the wankbadgers company, who are saying they don't owe anything as the parcel isn't lost or damaged Angry
