At 7, DD1 had crushes on David Tennant and Gethin Jones. By 9, she'd moved on to JLS.

At 11 she has pictures of Mo Farrah all over her bedroom walls. Now, he seems a lovely man. He's a talented runner. But as a pin up?

I had a crush on Basil Brush when I was that age. I would blush whenever he came on TV. I had fantasies of having cosy Saturday evenings snuggled up on the sofa and I wondered what it would feel like to snog him.

My first crush was Keanu Reeves, I think I was about 7...my uncle knew his next door neighbour so I've got a personalised signed photo...I still cherish it as it's a photo from Point Break.

He lived next to my uncle when I had this almighty crush. I used to stand outside his house hoping to see him.

Then one night I went to a BBQ at my uncle's and Alan was there! I couldn't talk to him, just sat staring at him all night. Everyone was laughing at me as I kept saying over and over "its Alan Smith! Alan Smith is here, Alan Smith is eating the same burgers as me!"

He came over and said hello and I thought I would faint

Ah the only celeb that I saw on a regular basis was Fred the weather man and I definitely didn't have a crush on him.
