We are thinking of moving to the Yorkshire Coast (Dh's work).

Does anyone have any info or experience about these schools? Would be great to get some good mn insight.
We have looked at the websites for Fyling Hall, Scarborough College but would also love any insights into the state schools too. Secondry and primary please Grin

Any insights good/bad/indifferent would be great.

TIA

P.S. This thread is everywhere as they are small/smallish schools so I need plenty of topic traffic to grab anyone with experience Grin

Just seen this thread and hope its not too late! My 2 older boys go to Scarborough college and we couldn't be happier with it. Great pastoral support, extra curricular activities eg LAMBDA, sports, cooking etc. Very high expectations of academic achievements but not pushy. They children also get to join in with senior school activities and both boys were in The King and I recently. The merger with bramcote will just improve the school. The head is very dynamic!
