Sky broadband keeps disconnecting from tv and computer

It connects but each time we turn a device off, when restarting it's not connected. Can anyone help. Thanks

Can you detail the steps to reproduce the issue reliably?

Do you mean that you connect to the Sky wifi on your laptop/ TV successfully, but when the TV or laptop is subsequently turned off and turned back on again, it isn't connected?

Do you then have to reinput the password, or just click 'connect' on the device? Do you have to take any other steps?

Does your phone stay connected even after you've got out of the house and come back home?

Yes it connects to the WiFi but if the tv is switched off, it needs connecting again. That means doing a connection test on the tv and choosing wireless- wps and pressing a button on the router?

My phone seems to be disconnecting as well
