M & S Runaround board game instructions needed

I bought my boys the Runaround board game from a charity shop but when they opened it we realised there were no instructions in the box. They are so disappointed as they want to play it. I've tried searching the internet but can't find them. Having read the back of the box we have a rough idea but could do with the full rules. Has anyone got this game and could give me a summary of the rules. That would be great! Thanks
