sock monkey

Still giggling about the one that the poster made last year with the tail on the wrong side ... we got ours from Hawkins Bazaar, they're £6 on website currently so not far off target price.

My DD bought herself a sock monkey set from B&M not long ago, cost 3.99 I think.

The works often have them. You could always make your own? Multipack of socks and download the instructions off the internet. I made one a couple of years ago using the instructions from a christmas craft mag in the Guardian. It would be cheaper to make your own kits. Actually if you are looking in TKmaxx though they had some lovely Galt kits to make dogs, lions and cats etc. They were £4.99 and rrp £9.99.

Thanks Charmingly, sorry for late reply!

I'll have a look in TKMaxx then, ta! Where abouts are they, with the toys?

There are some in TKMaxx at the moment that aren't expensive and I think they were around the £5 mark.

I'd like to buy a few of these for various people but I'm not having much luck in finding any that aren't over expensive. I don't really want to spend more than £5 per set really, am I asking a bit much?
