Sorry, bit late to the party but I had one made by Corrina Smith at Green River Studios. It has the heart charm/pendant from that link plus oblong and petal-shaped pendants like this one with my 3 DC's names on one side and birthdates on the back.

Corrina was amazingly helpful and emailed me sketches and proofs before making it. Could also choose from lots of lampwork beads. The necklace is my no. 1 most treasured possession, has had many compliments and goes with almost everything I own. Price was reasonable too.

For mothers day I had a charm made with my 6 week old DS foot prints & for Xmas I'm getting a charm with DS 7 & DD 9 finger prints on from www.casting2impress.com
I also have a foot & hand cast of DS2 & that's gorgeous

PS lots of choice of chain too, as I'm not keen on the bobbly dogtag type in some of the pics.

I had something similar to this from this seller on Etsy. I've bought a couple more since. Her stuff is gorgeous.

Marking place!

There's a fab maker on NOTHS called Lily Charmed who used to do pendants with stick girl/boy drawings. They do initials and others too. You can basically design your own combination. I'll try to link in a moment.

p.s. with NOTHS, it's worth buying from their individual sites as the businesses pay quite a bit of commission to NOTHS. (my dsil has a business on there - NOT lily charmed though ).
