Best Christmas craft ideas

I would like to do some crafty things with the girls. I thought perhaps homemade tree decorations or something.

What are your best christmas crafts?

We have mass produced Chrisams tree decorations using the kids hand/footprints then laminated and strung up.

Rudolph
Father Christmas
An angel
A snowman
A penguin

A variety of ideas here, a fabby paper wreath here but my favourite so far this year is this one - I expect the Martha Stewart website would have a heap of other great ideas on too, but haven't yet had time to have a look!

We made German paper stars yesterday. I though 4 strips of paper, no glue no paint no mess - easy!

How wrong can you be. I was still struggling with mine in the evening. We managed a to make a total of one star.

I think we'll do snowflakes next time.

Forgot to add this link - my DSs made it last year and hung them at their windows. Not the prettiest craft but v easy and they loved it!
