About Rape Crisis centres

Rape Crisis centres can help if you've experienced sex or sexual acts against your will. It doesn't matter whether this happened recently or a long time ago. Click here to find your nearest centre in England and Wales, here to find your nearest centre in Scotland, and here to find your nearest centre in Northern Ireland or Ireland

Sexual Assault Referral Centres (SARCs) are open 24/7 for anyone who has experienced sexual violence. They provide support and advice, and a forensic and medical examination if required (you are not obliged to report the incident to the police). Find your nearest SARC here.
