I've done three decades working within a warehouse environment and lately there has been some job restructuring going on. My job is safe but I'm now looking to jump ship.. as it were.
Something inside me is saying ' care assistant/ worker. I know that it will have its challenges but I'm sure it can be rewarding too? Advice would be appreciated.
