Work From Home

I took voluntary severance several years ago and set up an online business. It is doing pretty well but I have the odd quiet spell when sales dip so I'm looking for ways to get an extra income until my son starts full time school.
My background is project management and my qualifications are still valid. (Prince2 and ISO 9001) I'm experienced in completing tender bids, contract management, performance management, processing etc. I have good spreadsheet and IT skills. Is there anyway I could use these skills to do freelance from home? I have no idea how to access this type of work. (Luckily I had a number of promotions and stayed with the same employer for almost 20 years).
