What's this doing here I hear you ask? Well Harry's stalker was a man who broke into his house and fought with a workman who tried to stop him, but now he's a woman and the DM calls him so through the report.

Just another day in 🤡 world!

That must have been terrifying to be faced with a violent stalker. The story is confusing, I appreciate building work is clearly in progress but the stalker had to be prised from a wall Confused

I think the media have to use preferred pronouns or they’d leave themselves open to being sued or fined by IPSO.

This misreporting has got to stop. It's basically lying.

DM appears to use 'she' throughout and also uses Orero throughout. I don't see the 'he' apart from Pablo traditionally being a male name. Has article changed?

I've seen previous articles which made the situation clearer.

I think the confusion is more that the article mentions one male name and two female names. It doesn’t make clear reading - it seems like the stalker went by various names, but it might have been clearer just to use Orero to avoid jumping around.

The photo of the man in question clears up any confusion. The reporting is beyond absurd.

No I think they do or have gone by several names. I was confused reading it initially. If I was writing it I would have stuck with one name, or even just the last name.

Nvm, too many hes and she's. The stalker is she throughout, but they still have three different names, unless I am confused again. Are they the same person? Apologies if not.

Pablo Orero Taragaza
Diana Tarazaga-Orero
Kimberly Orero

Wait..what??

Did I read three different names for the accused and both he and she?

Well that’s a bad advert for trying to help a homeless person, how depressing.

Anyway. Are the Daily Mail being tongue in cheek calling using the preferred pronouns? I think they’re walking a fine line trying to mock the transition without completely mocking someone who clearly is mentally very ill.

A bit sad as well that it all started because Harry Styles stopped and attempted to help somebody he believed to be homeless. He seems like a nice enough young man and that’s a decent act but it’s unfortunately backfired - how can somebody be allowed to stalk and terrorise you long term like this and nothing can be done? If I was him I’d probably move away although I don’t think that’s fair. But one of the plus sides of being famous and rich is that you have that option at least.

Gosh I hope he’s okay. It must be terrifying because somebody that out of touch could do anything - they could be out to harm you. It sounds out there but some celebrities have been murdered or hurt by stalkers in the past. It’s extra scary because surely somebody like Harry Styles lives in a good building with a top of the range security system yet this person managed to get in. Very scary stuff.
