How to maintain after weight loss

Interested in others’ experiences. I have lost 3 stone over the past 6 months by calorie-counting and I’m now trying to transition into maintaining. I feel I’ve developed healthier habits but I need to increase calories a bit. Worried that doing this will result in all the old habits coming back!
