I need to lose four stone. I'd like to lose two by the summer. My issues are

No will power
Grazing
Time poor
Hate cooking
Child with SN so I'm already cooking two dinners per night reluctant to make this three. (Him / me / DH and DS
Family of fussy eaters
Too disorganised to to a packed lunch so end up with sandwich / crisps
Happy to eat the same thing over and over

I'm very tempted to do exante to kick start things.

Would Paul McKenna help??

I am a fan of VLCDs which is what Exante is. They work on the basis that you go into ketosis fairly quickly and hence lose your appetite. bUT you have to be strict, no cheating, the first 5-7 days can be tough.
They are simple, and quick to prepare. I think they taste ok, and knowing it won’t be forever helps. You can lose on average 3.5 lbs per week (I did). Once you get through the first week, you start to feel good and very clear headed (no alcohol obvs!)
Good luck!

See I wonder if the exante could give me a kick start and I could take it from there with calorie monitoring.

Hi, I ordered 42 Exante products yesterday to kick start some weight loss.
The menopause has basically slowed me down and made me fat I thought it was an old wives tale, but it's not so I need something to get the ball rolling.
I'm looking to lose 1.5 - 2 stones, and I do have good will power but I need to focus a bit more.
And I can't get into any of my jeans, so something's got to go and I suggest it's my belly Wink

Anyone?? Any suggestions?

I also did an online quiz that said I was a "habitual eater" and if I had to break my "habit" I made bad choices which is totally true.
