@Tattersail
I am similar - I have lost 52 lb since February and now I am stuck. It is so demotivating. I stayed the same for 5 weeks but lost 1.5lb this week finally. I think it was because I upped my exercise and not my food. Who knows, weight loss is definitely not linear.
I have also taken to green tea which is supposed to increase metabolism

Yep been stuck at 11.8 for a year! Going to take great effort to get that last stone off and I haven’t the motivation

Have you adjusted your caloric intake to account for the very tiresome fact that you need fewer calories to maintain a smaller body? If you haven't kept a close eye on this it is possible that you are eating at maintenance level for your current weight.
Also, the closer you are to goal the slower progress is. Sometimes you just need to hang in there and trust your body, if you are completely sure that your calories in are less than your calories out.
