Those diet pills are full of spam.

For me it’s exercise all the way with eating sensibly most of the time. I weigh every week and if I’ve gone up by more than a little bit, I watch my diet more closely again.

I agree with @Clipperclopper
I maintain by doing low calorie Monday & Tuesday, normal Wednesday & Thursday, over on Friday, normal Saturday, probably a little over on Sunday
Exercise to lose but not really needed to maintain, although I walk for enjoyment anyway
It's just something you'll always need to keep an eye on, or else it creeps back on

You gradually increase your carbs, while keeping an eye on your weight. Once you start to gain weight, that tells you the amount of carbs your body can tolerate.
Congratulations on reaching your target!

Low cals 2 days week...normal (not over) the rest. Exercise 3-4 hours week. Presto. Perfect

Hi I have found the best way to maintain is to just stay on the basic low carb diet and gradually increase the amount. I weigh myself once a week give myself 7lb fluctuation and stay within that. if I eat out I order extra veg instead of carbs with whatever I have. don't drink and no pudding. just a starter and mains. if I am at someone's house I just eat whatever is put in front of me . Having lost weight a few times over the years I've realised the only way to keep it off is to keep a close eye on the scales and really change for good how you eat for good. Good luck and well done on your weight loss.
