Has anyone used this book?
I am on day 21. So far so good. Is definately learning new skills and learning more about myself. The only thing I’m struggling with is planning my food.
For example I planed to go to pizza hut today and planned to eat one of their flatbreads but I didn’t in end so ate something different. I stayed within my calorie range though.
