Has anyone used this book?

I am on day 21. So far so good. Is definately learning new skills and learning more about myself. The only thing I’m struggling with is planning my food.

For example I planed to go to pizza hut today and planned to eat one of their flatbreads but I didn’t in end so ate something different. I stayed within my calorie range though.

Yes that does seem right actually.

I have got a weeekend at my dads coming up where I won’t have much control over the food offered, more how much I eat. That will be difficult I imagine.

Do you still use the approach now? Has it been long since you read it?

Yeah, I like her approach. Re planning: it is not about being perfect, it is about getting in the habit of planning. So you may occasionally fail, but if you are generally planning, then you get into the habit of it. That’s what’s most important.
