Ok, so I've tried every diet known to man and failed at all of them, and after researching realised I'm a binge eater. I can not eat food sometimes, but also I can eat a weeks worth in one go!
Huge relationship problems due to putting weight on in the last 2/3 years ( he hates the fact that I'm overweight) and after reading up on the binge eating thing I feel ready to tackle it.
On Celebrity Slim shakes, need to do this so much for my self esteem and health.....is there anyone out there who feels the same and we can support each other?

First off ditch the shakes the celebrity Slim ones made me drop a half a stone in 2 weeks then I had a huge 2 week binge every shake diet makes me do that I get on so much better just eating normal healthy food and exercise I've lost the weight again and kept it off.

I saw a book recommended on here which I also read called Brain Over Binge. It's not a new diet or anything it's one woman's account of how she stopped bingeing for good. On amazon if you're interested.

I really suggest you start following the Fb pages Mind Over Platter and Real Food Real Talk, all run my members currently following Team RH Fitness Plan , it's brilliant and perfect for those of us who binge. It really is real talk. Take a look and watch some of the videos, it's really motivating. Good luck it's not easy is it.
