I really need to lose weight this Autumn.
Since last year, i’ve been making merry with chocolate, red wine and cheese. I need to fit back into my clothes - I have run out of things that stretch far enough to accommodate my current shape.
The problem is I just can’t get in the zone to diet. I cannot get motivated! I feel fine as I eat another piece of toast - except I have nothing to wear and lovely clothes hanging unworn in my wardrobe.
How do I snap out of this mindset and get dieting?! I need to lose about 20lbs.
