Hi All I decided to join my husband on a heath kick and it's actually working! I'm SO so excited, I've lost over 11.5lbs of fat in 4 weeks and I've gained some muscle too (7lbs). I actually can't describe how I'm feeling right now - i've had a complete mindset change as to what good weight loss looks and I'd really like to help others out who are struggling like me - I'm a size 20 and wanting to get to size 14.
