Been dieting for a while. But just couldn't get my body down to see 11 stones on the scales. Popped on this morning. Saw 11 stone 12. Have lost more than I thought in the last few weeks.!!!!!! My goal is to get to 10bstone ish. So still have a ways to go. But still I'm happy. All this hard work is paying off. I even added a photo as proof <img border="0" src="/emo/te/2.gif" alt="grin" data-emoticon="grin"> Don't give up!!!! Keep going. If I can do it you can.
