So I got weighed for the first time in a long time this week. It's not good news. I'm probably twice the weight I should be
My plan is to up the exercise (I'm a member of a gym but had too much on to make it there recently) to minimum 3 times per week.
Food wise I'm going to stop eating sugar. I used to low carb but since becoming veggie find it too restrictive, but I think low sugar is a good plan.
Any other thoughts on what I can do? I've had tests to see if there's an underlying problem (waiting for results) but doubt there's anything going on that will make much difference.
