How do you do it? How is it done?
I am so fed up of feeling like crap and yo yo dieting! I know that I need to make this a habit and life style change if i want to stop going around in circles!
Why is it so hard when I know what I need to do but simply don't follow it through?!
What are the key ingredients for making a true lifestyle change for over all weight loss ad improved health and fitness?
Life is to short to feel miserable xxx
