Not sure, WW vs SW?

So the time has come to seriously do something about the 3 stone I've put on over the last few years, I've tried to go it alone but just can't do it. So I'm taking the plunge and I'm going to join a weight loss group, my question is shall I go to weight watchers or slimming world. I don't know anything about them so any information on either would be great in helping me decide. Thanks everyone
