Hello everyone!
I am brand-spanking-new to this site! But noticed this weight loss chat section so thought I would post here!
I am looking to lose 1.5stone since getting a bit chubby in my new desk job (I was on my feet before and there wasn't a biscuit tin!!!!)
So I started SlimFast Monday... today is the first real day I've stuck to it but I wondered if anyone else here is doing it or has been successful? Any hints and tips?
I know I could eat the same amount of calories and be successful, I just need that little kick up the bum to get me going. I've just started training for a half marathon so I'm getting plenty of exercise! X
