How do you deal with PMS/PMT hunger?

I've had a pretty normal day but it's past ovulation and I know that means being super hungry. I've indulged a bit and had a bit of bread, a very small glass of wine and a good serving of lasagna but I'm still SO hungry :( how do you cope?

I don't, I do a PAC man round the kitchen for a few days.
