Having never been on a diet before I need advice on which diet I should try, I am looking for something that is easy to follow on line and ideally meals that the full family can eat in the evenings?

Hi, I'm following the Freedom Diet Coach plan - only my first week but I'm liking it. There's a longer thread about it on here which I've also been commenting on. I'm feeding everyone the same meals at home from it.
