I have made this my last effort in truest trying to loose weight.
I eat (nearly) all the right things. I'm a comfort eater and have lost my grandpa a week ago today and have found it incredibly difficult not to scoff. But some days I eat a lot in one sitting, then eat nothing till they following day (I know it's not healthy).
I started this in 1st June and weighed in at 267lbs (yeah I know).
Since that date I've been doing all I can. Using my exercise bike for between an hour and two hours nearly every day and have only missed 3 days out out of 10 days! Am eating right and using the Paul McKenna hypnotic audio every night (bar the night my grandpa died. Also have cut alcohol out completely.
I have decided the next time I weigh and do my measurements I will be the 1st July but am worried about a crappy loss. Or even a gain!
I'm really trying my best, but I know if it's a crappy loss (1-2lbs) or a gain, I'll loose my motivation.
Any advice?

My friend has pcos and she runs most nights but although not overweight she struggles.
She's also gluten free if that helps.
Good luck and I hope it works

Firstly I'm sorry for your loss
I have around 5st to lose and feel the same as you. I feel like this attempt to lose weight has absolutely got to be it. On the positive side I do feel different about it to how I usually do. I took some pictures of myself on day 1 and cried. I plan to take a picture every month. Like you I'm eating right, generally and trying to exercise more.
You should be really proud of yourself for managing 10 days, you're past the worst bit imo. If you are doing what you say you are you will see a great result. If you don't it will be disheartening but I think you'did have good grounds to see your gp to check there's nothing medical affecting your weight. Best of luck. Please update us on the 1st

As gross as this is, my tshirt and trousers are wet with sweat because I've been going so hard at it on the bike!
