Have just lost 57lbs doing a vlcd then low carbing. I'm struggling a little now to come up with ideas, I could do with losing another 5-6lbs but really it's more about maintenance.
Someone has suggested 'macro management' to me and I'm now completely befuddled.
Does anyone know A) how the hell to do this
B) actually done it?
Thank you very much

Ignore the MFP standard macro set up!! you will gain fat, especially if you are lean already! Google it, get your proper macro % and then set it manually.

Hi Lord - curious what you eat to stick to 5% carbs?! Mine is around 40% and I'm being good!

It is at first but you can scan barcodes and choose your serving size. After a while it remembers what you've had so it's really quick to log everything.
My LCHF macros are 5% carbs, 25% protein, 70% fat and the weight falls off me when I stick to it

Ah right, I have t got that app, will download it now.
Is it not a pain to log everything ? That's what puts me off really, I've just been winging it for the low carbs too

It's really easy, you can track your macros on My Fitness Pal. You can also set them to a custom level depending on how you want to eat - I have mine set up for low carb, high fat.
