... Biscuits. Just can't stop eating them.
What's your weak spot - and how do you resist temptation?

I knowni couldn't do 2000 cals a day, If I go over 1400 regularly I gain weight and I'm pretty active.

Hunger.
I'm all fired up, low carbing, no wine, my treats are Greek yoghurt and almonds. But I just eat too much, I'm so darn hungry.

I think the 2000 cals is outdated and was based on a time when people were generally more active- not as in , the gym, but just in the course of their lives. When I lived in London I walked to work every day- 40 mins each way. I could easily eat 2000 cals then, but v few people do that much "incidental" exercise. My SIL put on 2 stone in a year when she changed jobs and swapped 1 hour walk for driving. I know they say exercise isnt a good weightloss tool, but it's pretty effective at stopping you putting it on in the first place.

In the spirit of the thread, my downfall is sweets, especially liquorice allsorts. Love them!!

Bread. Sad I love it. I love all the yummy flavours from Co-op. I love a fresh french baguette. Sigh.

Toast, butter and marmite.

I have to cut it out completely, because I can eat piles of it once I'm started.

I've wondered about MFP calorie count too. It used to be standard 2k per day for a woman but MFP says not...I came out as 1600 and can get thro that in digestives no problem!

That's a bikini that I am decisively NOT fitting into < the fact that I am holidaying in the UK this summer is beside the point >

The fact that 1400 cals allows me to only maintain rather than lose!

1400 is nothing!

No room for error!

Peanut butter, cheeky small glass of vino, almonds, it's not even as if my treats are interesting. Feasting I am not.

Grrrr. 👙

Buy the ingredients and show them how to bake. It could backfire but hopefully general teenage laziness will kick in and they won't bother.

I try to only buy the ones I don't like (2 teenage boys moan if there are no biscuits in the house) but I'll eat them too!

Full sugar fizzy drinks. I always gain mega fast when I drink them.

Crisps are my weakness though so I simply don't buy them. Don't buy any biscuits man Wink
