Big boobs! What's the point

of losing weight? My boobs don't get smaller, I just end up with a smaller back but bigger cup. I could do with losing a stone but can't see the benefit; I'd still look crap in clothes. I wear baggy to conceal the size of my boobs.

Anyone with similar stats but feel more confident, less tired having lost weight? I'm 36k so at best expect to either remain the same cup or increase to an m

Better bras definitely make a big difference in my case. The kids are my biggest motivator :) X

Would a better bra help? I always think that if I am wearing a really good bra the definition between what is tummy and what is boob-age is much clearer which makes me look so much better.

I've lost just over 3 stone in the last year, I found my old bra the other day and put it on, I was shocked at large it was on me. I end up in tops that are a size too big for me though just to accommodate my bra size...or I've had the odd thing from here in the past.

YY to keeping up with the kids Lovemy that was partly what kept me going!

I'm doing a lot of comfort eating and am in the cycle of feeling big, tired and uncomfortable and eating. It's a nonsense I know but I can't muster the motivation when I can't see what the benefit would be.

Lol I need to weigh my boobs now :) maybe I'll go from obese to just overweight ;) I'm 36 h and need to lose 3 stone to even get near to a healthy bmi. I don't mind so much that I look like shit anymore but would like to feel better in myself and be able to keep up with the kids as they get faster. Good luck xx

There's always a point to losing weight if you have it to lose, but I feel your pain.

I actually weighed my boobs, together they account for half a stone.

If I didn't have them, I'd instantly be ideal bmi :)

Seems unfair, I didn't ask for the buggers.
