Help Democracy Club ... crowdsourcing

Hi I NCd for this; am involved in the national non partisan movement that is Democracy Club and keen to involve other like minded mumsnetters to help out ahead of coming elections.
There are a few ways you can help - mostly by crowdsourcing. Thought it'd be a good thing for busy (but often online ) folk to do and be a real part of improving democracy in these rather shaky times.

Basically, it can be hard to find good information about election candidates online. Democracy Club has created the free, public database of UK election candidates.

We need your help to gather the names and contact details of the candidates for the local elections on 2 May 2019.

Check out the list of upcoming elections and help add candidates and their photos, email addresses or social media accounts.Local newspapers, local political party websites and Twitter are a good place to start! All you need to begin is in the below link :democracyclub.org.uk/quests/
