So how does one go about taking in refugees?

I am genuinly curious and I hope that if we can demonstrate that on the whole the British do not want to be idle in this time of crisis, there should be a way that one can register that they have space available for refugees.

But what sort of qualifications or facilities do you need to take in a refugee?
