Why the fuck hasn’t this been covered?

It's on various news sites? Wondering what you mean about it not being covered. It's on the BBC Northern Ireland page for example, and on ITVX.

It has been called a stabbing. Which I suppose it is. Technically.

I'm in London, not a peep on the news here.
And it's a very clear beheading attempt, not a stabbing.

Presumably because it happened in North Belfast.

Possibly because drug dealers stabbing each other with stanley knives in an area rife with organised crime isn't exactly national news?

Do you have a link to the victim being a drug dealer? And that he also stabbed the man attempting to behead him? I can't find that anywhere.

Is that what happened? I heard the lad who was 15 or 16 but I don’t know how reliable that is.

(Also that the attack was a LOT more gory than the word “stabbing” suggests - think Samuel Paty in France, and a “religious” aspect. Which is a darkly ironic concept in itself but that is where we are now.)

It's all over the news for Northern Ireland sites, and Irish news, daily mail, sky etc.
Reported widely that the victim is in his 40s.
