How much should I pay?

I'm on DIY livery but occasionally need help. There is another girl on the yard and we often help each other out (exchange of tasks, no money passes)

However this girl no longer has a horse but is willing to come and help out if needed.
So how much should I pay her? For instance in a morning she would feed, muck out, fill water, hang a ready filled haynet, turn out and get in. It's a 12 mile round trip from her home to the yard.

I paid £17.50 for someone to do nets and waters and skip out mine one end of the day - 3 horses. £10 per hour plus £2.50 travel. Total of 1 1/2 hours work. Ask for a day rather rather than per hour as if they get chatting it can work out very expensive...

I pay £12.50 for someone to hang haynets on my yard, let my two horses out on the yard, muck both out, put in haynets and fresh water, then sweep the yard. They live very close.

I'd pay £15 for that to allow fuel cost.

At my yard it's £1.50 to T/O (they change rug if necessary) and £3.50 to B/I (which includes picking out feet and putting in haynet) and £5 to skip out.

In my neck of the woods this would be £20 for turnout, muckout and bring in later.
