ECF mentoring and delivering training

Hello, have name changed for this as it’s a bit outing and sensitive.

I work for a large MAT and we are coordinating and delivering a lot of the new Early Careers Framework training. I’ve agreed to carry on doing this next academic year, and it will increase my workload dramatically. Doing this kind of crosses over into my in school role, so I couldn’t really say no. I don’t get paid for doing this, but my school gets paid.

My MAT has also recruited lots of other teachers external to our MAT to also be ECF mentors and deliver training, but I think they are personally receiving remuneration for this.

Have any of you signed up to be an ECF mentor/trainer, and do you mind saying if you are getting paid?

The people I know who are facilitating on behalf of the teaching hub are not getting paid for it, even though they don't work for that hub.
One has already quit due to the lack of information provided though!
