Amazon dog...

Hey everyone!

Please can anyone name the breed of dog on he amazon advert? It's the one where the woman brings the dog home and the husband is non too happy.

By the end of the advert the guy is smitten and the dog ends up in the bed with the guy!

Totally irresponsible advert. Drives me bonkers (apart from the cute puppy)

As if you could just pick up a pedigree Bernese on the way home and present it to your dh!
And buying everything after you bought the dog! Wtaf?
I notice they weren't buying stuff to replace what the puppy had chewed up😁
And you can't buy vaccines, vets bills etc on Amazon.for next day delivery!

Having been told today of a friend of a friend who is looking for a home for her 11 week old puppy because "she wines all the time", I think it's incredibly irresponsible to encourage people to think it's okay to get a puppy on a whim 😡

Another one who thinks the advert is so irresponsible, encouraging people to buy dogs on the spur of the moment because 'you can get everything you need from Amazon'.

Will Amazon get up in the night to toilet train, walk it in the rain and change their working hours to look after it?!!

I hate that advert - encourages the belief that it's okay to turn up at home with a puppy without having first made sure everyone is on board with it. AND they seem to be ordering all the stuff it needs from Amazon AFTER the dog has been brought home. Almost like she picked the puppy up from a backstreet breeder....

That advert makes me smile because when it comes on my DH nods and say I know that feeling as he wasn't keen on BiteyDog when he arrived and now he is 'his dog'
