Hello,
I am 8 weeks pregnant and already suffering significant hip pain. Walking, bending, stairs are already difficult. (Brief history I have always had hip trouble but had hip surgery a year ago to resolve some of the issues. Was recovering well till this).
- has anyone else experienced pain this early? If so, did it go away and what did you do that helped?
- did your pain get better after the baby was born?
I can't imagine this for another 7ish months... if it's this bad now without weight gain I can only imagine how bad it could get.
